Klacksy: Your AI Assistant for Scheduling

"Fill next week's early shifts" — that one sentence is all it takes. Klacksy is the built-in AI assistant that operates Klacks through natural language, typed or spoken.

How it works​

Klacksy understands what you want and translates it into concrete actions — with more than 250 capabilities at the ready:

  • Scheduling: fill shifts, replace no-shows, rebook assignments
  • Managing: create employees, maintain groups, set permissions
  • Navigating: "Show me the schedule for Team Bern" opens the right view
  • Explaining: Klacksy answers questions about the app and guides new users through the setup

Before every change, Klacksy summarizes what is about to happen and waits for your confirmation — nothing happens behind your back.

Free choice of model — even fully local​

Here's what sets it apart: you choose the language model yourself. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and other providers are supported — or a locally hosted model. That enables the combination hardly any vendor can offer: an AI assistant where not a single personal record ever leaves the building. Exactly what hospitals, home-care services, and security firms need.

  • Klacksy speaks the four core languages (German, French, Italian, English) and, via language plugins, 21 more.
  • Through a built-in Model Context Protocol server, Klacks can also be connected to external AI tools.
