branches

Under Settings > Organization > Branches you maintain the addresses of your business locations — a simple list of your own sites, independent of employees or schedules.

How it works

Creating a branch: "+ Add branch" opens a modal with four fields: name, address, phone, and email. Name and address are required — the modal can't be saved without both.

Editing: Clicking a branch's name in the list opens the same modal for editing.

Deleting: The trash icon at the end of the row deletes the branch after a confirmation prompt.

Saving: Every change is applied immediately when you click "Save" in the modal. This is different from the neighboring Countries card in the same Organization section, whose changes are only saved via the settings page's shared save bar.

Good to know

  • Branches are pure address records: there is currently no link to employees, groups, contracts, or schedules — the list is purely for an overview of your locations.
  • The Klacksy assistant can also create or delete branches via voice command ("create a branch ...").
