Klacksy Personality
Klacksy doesn't have a rigid, hard-coded character — under Settings > Klacksy Personality you define in your own words how Klacksy behaves, speaks, and reacts to situations.
How it works
Six text fields: The personality is organized into six sections, each with its own free-text field:
- Identity — Who is Klacksy? Role, purpose, and context.
- Personality & drive — Character, basic attitude, what motivates Klacksy.
- Tone of voice — How does Klacksy sound? Formal or casual, brief or detailed.
- Boundaries — What is Klacksy not allowed to do? Privacy, taboo topics, sensitive areas.
- Communication style — Structure of responses, how it handles uncertainty, follow-up questions.
- Values & continuity — Guiding values and how Klacksy evolves over time.
Saving: Each field is saved automatically on blur (when it loses focus) — a dedicated save button isn't needed. Changes take effect immediately in the next chat with Klacksy.
Good to know
- The personality belongs to the shared default Klacksy agent — a change affects all users, not just your own account.
- The fields are pure free text — there are no formatting requirements; short, clear sentences tend to work more reliably than long embellishments.
- Empty fields aren't a problem: Klacksy then falls back on its built-in default attitude. A few further internal behavior aspects are maintained by the system itself and aren't directly configurable here.
