The Guided Setup Tour

New to Klacks? There's nothing to hunt for: Klacksy, the built-in assistant, walks you through the basic setup step by step.

How it works​

You start the tour right in the chat with Klacksy (for example by typing "Show me the app", or via the suggestion shown on first launch). From there it moves station by station through the most important areas:

  • Klacksy explains each area in a few sentences — from the basic company settings and address through calendar, user management and groups to employees, shifts, availability, absences, holidays, period closing, email setup, and the Klacksy/plugin settings — 16 stations in total.
  • The matching navigation icon pulses in the sidebar as you go, so you always know where you are.
  • You set the pace: continue, skip a station, or end the tour — at any time.

Step by step, this builds a complete overview of the application, no manual required.

Good to know​

  • The tour can be repeated as often as you like — great for new team members, too.
  • At every station you can ask Klacksy follow-up questions; it answers in the context of the current page.
  • The fastest way to experience the tour is in the Playground: log in, open Klacksy, start typing.
