Four adjustable levels let you decide, per user, how much Klacksy may do on its own — from pure suggestions to independent changes. Sensitive actions always require your confirmation.

Operating rules, just by saying them

You describe a company rule right in the chat — for example, “night shift surcharge 25% from 11pm” or “maximum 3 night shifts per week.” Klacksy asks targeted follow-up questions until all required details are complete and verified, shows a preview of the result, and saves it only after your explicit confirmation — always traceable in the rule register, and reversible.

A home care provider sets up Klacksy for its team

The autonomy level is set to “Propose”: Klacksy prepares route suggestions and automatically checks staff qualifications — the final decision always stays with the care manager. The night-shift surcharge rule was set up by chat, and Klacksy was trained on the abbreviations used in-house. The assistant already responds accordingly today — with no programming at all.
